By using Solidworks Plastics, Sef is able to simulate the behaviour of molten plastic during the moulding process, as it is able to verify in advance the presence of any defects or critical issues such as: incompleteness, suction, deformation, clear joint lines and burns.
Preventive flow analysis, which optimises the definition of the part, makes it easier to reduce the time and costs to manufacture the equipment, as well as production set-up times.
